Structure
ACAR conductors are a combination of 1350 pure aluminum wires and 6101 or 6201 alloy aluminum wires.

The core of these conductors can include one or more aluminum alloy wires.
In these conductors, it is easy to obtain optimal mechanical and electrical properties in the conductor design by moving aluminum wires and aluminum alloy wires together.

In these conductors, pure H19 temper grade 1350 aluminum wires are woven in one or more layers around an aluminum alloy core with a round cross-section.
The design of these conductors can be made in such a way that even in one layer we have a combination of pure aluminum wires and aluminum alloy wires.
